Obligee的英文释义为“one to whom an obligation is owed; a promisee, creditor, or donor beneficiary.”翻译为“权利人;债权人;受允诺人”,与之相关的是“obligor”,英文释义为“a person or group who must give something such as a payment or benefit to someone, according to a law or legal agreement”翻译为“义务人,债务人”。它们的动词形式为obligate 使受约束;以(道德或法律的)责任约束;指定(款项、财产等) 用于偿债;指定(款项、财产等) 用作债的担保。
