contribution，大家知道，其最基本的含义是“贡献”，如：

(1) make a contribution to...为......作贡献

但是，在法律英语中，它具有另外两层特殊的含义：

Ø 出资。如：capital contribution出资额

Ø 分摊额。

分摊额

Each Group Company has complied with all applicable employment laws, including payroll, withholding and related obligations, benefits and social security (including without limitation social insurance and housing accumulation funds), and does not have any obligation in respect of any amount due to employees of each Group Company or governmental authorities, other than normal salary, other fringe benefits and contributions accrued but not payable on the date hereof.

各集团公司已遵守所有适用的雇佣法律，包括支付工资、代扣代缴和其他相关义务、福利和社会保障（包括但不限于社会保险和住房公积金），而且除了在本协议之日应计的但是不应支付的正常工资、其他附加福利和应计的分担额以外，就到期应支付给任何集团公司或政府机关的任何款项，不承担任何义务。

出资

Without affecting the application of any other provision, each Party shall use its bestendeavours to fulfil the following duties, the expenses of which (other thancapital contributions, and provision of any shareholder loans,guarantees/indemnities or other security) shall, subject to the prior approvalobtained in accordance with the Business Plan, be for account of the Company:

在不影响其它任何条款适用性的前提下，各方应尽各自最大努力履行以下职责，相关费用开支（除了资本出资和提供任何股东贷款、担保/赔偿或其它抵押外），在根据商业计划获得事先批准的情况下由公司承担。
