医闹是指借炒作医疗纠纷而获得非法利益者，是中国大陆医界的热词。发起医闹者可能为患者、患者亲属、受雇于患方以非法获利为目的的组织或个人，有调查报告称其中医闹组织发起的医闹事件约占五成。医闹的直接后果是导致我国医务人员的直接或间接大量流失，并产生十分严重恶劣的影响，严重影响我国医务事业的发展。
