裁员，是经济性裁员的简称，是因用人单位的原因解除劳动合同的情形。该词指的是用人单位在法定的特定期间依法进行的集中辞退员工的行为。对阶段性用工需求量较大的企业与生产不饱和、富余员工较多的企业开展共享用工。
