姓名权（Right to name）：自然人享有姓名权，有权依法决定、使用、变更或者许可他人使用自己的姓名，但是不得违背公序良俗。（《民法典》第1012条规定）

名称权（Rights to Entity Name）：名称权是法人、个体工商户、合伙组织依法决定、使用和变更自己名称的权利，是人格权的主要组成部分。名称也称为字号，是法人、个体工商户、合伙组织作为民事主体特定化的标志，须向登记主管部门登记，经核定批准后方可使用。

姓名权和名称权区别：
