Order of discharge，也可表达为order for the bankrupt’s discharge，翻译为“解除破产令”。解除破产令指破产后得到法庭获准颁发解除破产令。

根据现行法例，若个人被法庭裁定破产，他需要面对破产后的种种限制，包括不可以出任公司董事、不可以涉及公司管理、不可以向别人借贷而不透露自己破产的身份等等。若破产后得到法庭获准颁发解除破产令，个人便可回复自由身。
