Expert Testimony，也称expert opinion，或expert evidence，即专家证词，是心理学家在司法界对犯罪人员审讯过程中所作的一些检验材料及提供的证词。由具有诉讼或刑事案件专家资格的专家在审判或证词(审判前宣誓的证词)中所陈述的意见。
