接送不合格兵员罪，是指在征兵工作中徇私舞弊，接送不合格兵员，情节严重的行为。此罪名为情节犯，情节特别严重的升格量刑。

《刑法》第374条规定：

在征兵工作中徇私舞弊，接送不合格兵员，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，造成特别严重后果的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。

合格兵员条件：
