合同价款（contract price）是按有关规定和协议条款约定的各种取费标准计算、用以支付承包人按照合同要求完成工程内容时的价款。

合同价款的形式有：

（1）固定价格合同。合同双方当事人在专用条款内约定合同价款包含的风险范围和风险费用的计算方法；

（2）可调价格合同。合同价款可以根据合同双方的约定进行调整，在专用条款之内约定合同价款的调整方法；

（3）成本加酬金合同。此种合同的合同价款包含了成本及酬金，合同双方在专用条款内约定成本构成和酬金的计算方法。
