In Camera：Latin for "in chambers." This refers to a hearing or discussions with the judge in the privacy of his chambers (office rooms) or when spectators and jurors have been excluded from the courtroom.

在我国，下列案件不公开审判：

4、对当事人提出申请的确属涉及商业秘密的案件，法庭可以决定不公开审理。
