Account

在严惩违法行为方面，对于情节特别严重的企业或个人，比如提交虚假申报资料、篡改生产记录、对发现存在质量问题或其他潜在安全风险的产品未予以召回等，除了追究刑事责任，还拟被终身禁业。

In respect of harsh penalties for violations, if an enterprise or individual submits false declared materials, falsifies manufacturing records, or fails to recall products sold after quality issues or other potential safety risks were discovered, it will be pursued for criminal liability and even face lifelong employment ban in the industry.

To better prevent organized crimes against minors, the law also stipulates that organized crime activities involving minors will face heavier criminal penalties.

本节规定不影响依据香港特别行政区法律对其他形式的恐怖活动犯罪追究刑事责任并采取冻结财产等措施。
