版税

定义：an agreed portion of the income from a work paid to its author, composer, etc., usually a percentage of the retail price of each copy sold.

示例：Maria receives $1 million each year form the royalties on her book.

特许权使用费

定义：a compensation or portion of the proceeds paid to the owner of a right, as a patent or oil or mineral right, for the use of it.  

示例：Royalty (Fee). Licensee shall pay to Licensor each month a royalty fee in ----------- the amount of ten percent (l0%) of Licensee's Gross Billings, as defined in Section 6.8 below. 

特许权使用费。根据本第6.8条，被授权人应每月向授权人支付---------被授权人净账单收入的10%的特许权使用费。
