“call-off order”是采购术语，在采购中一般指的是针对长期协议创建的采购订单，也叫随需交货订单或分订单。（A Call‐off Order is an order created to cover multiple supplies or deliveries from a single company. An order of this type can only be placed after the appropriate procurement requirements have been satisfied.）

具体而言，它指的是买方和供应商之间建立一个长期协议，对买方意欲购买的商品的交付期限、单价、付款条件、合同总价值、总数量上限等一系列的信息进行约定。之后买方根据其业务需要，要求卖方交付订单数量内的一部份货物。因为交货数量不定，对卖方较为不利，故卖方宜规定最低交货量(*minimum quantity)。

供货协议（supply agreement）中出现的“calls”也是call在此项含义下的延伸，这里指的是分订单，千万不要理解为电话订单哦！以下为供应协议中关于“call”条款的内容，供题主加深理解：

Items 4.1. and 4.2. shall apply accordingly to individual purchase orders placed by AAA.
