“法人权限”指由公司章程或公司赖以设立的法律所授予的权力，或为实现其前述明示权力及公司设立目的所必需的权力。

“法人权限”一词常译为corporate power，也有些会根据上下文语境可能会有不同的译法。

《元照英美法词典》给出的英文表达是corporate powers（和capacity of corporation。）

corporate power在《英汉法律大辞典》中给出的释义是“法人权限”和“公司权利”。
