“Bargain Purchase Option”指的是廉价承购选择权，又称租赁物品留购权，是指在融资租赁交易中，承租人有对租赁设备选择购买的权利。这是租赁期末对设备资产处理的一种方式。A bargain purchase option is a clause in a lease agreement that allows the lessee to purchase the leased asset at the end of the lease period at a price substantially below its fair market value.

通常在租赁合同中双方当事人订有条款，约定承租人享有比公平价格低很多的价格承购设备的权利。按这一约定，租赁期满承租人付清全部租金，并向租赁公司支付一笔极小金额的名义货价后，租赁公司即向承租人出具一份租赁设备物权转移证书，自该证书签发之日起，租赁设备的所有权就转移给承租人。在衡平租赁中，承租人行使合同规定的承购选择权价格不得低于该项设备当时的公平价值。

承租人在租期结束时有无留购权，不同的国家规定不一，英国将租赁合同中订有承租人享受留购权的租赁交易视作租购，美国则称为有条件销售或租赁。多数国家将租赁作为筹措设备的一种融资手段，租赁期末允许承租人以名义价格留购设备并获得所有权。

Clause 22.1 shall be amended to replace the words "a purchase option price of US$100" with "a purchase option price of US$100 or the equivalent amount in RMB determined based on the US$ and RMB middle exchange rate (in Chinese 美元对人民币汇率中间价)published by The People's Bank of China on the third Business Day prior to the date of such payment

将第22.1条中的“100美元的留购权价格”替换为“100美元的留购权价格或根据中国人民银行于该等支付日前的第三个营业日公布的美元对人民币汇率中间价确定的人民币等值金额”。
