裁决，是一个法律词汇，释义为：裁判、断定，是法律仲裁程序的最后一个环节。裁决作出后，审理案件的程序即告终结，因而这种裁决被称为最终裁决。

【ruling】

A ruling shall apply in relation to an arrangement as a ruling on a provision of this Ordinance only if the provision is expressly referred to in the ruling and only for the period specified in the ruling.

任何裁决只有在本条例某条文在该裁定中明文提述时，方作为就该条文作出的裁决而适用于任何安排，但适用期亦仅以该裁决指明的期间为限。

【adjudication】

Article 34. Where the interested party does not, within the statutory time limit, apply for the reexamination of the adjudication by the Trademark Office or does not institute legal proceedings in respect of the adjudication by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, the adjudication takes effect.

第三十四条当事人在法定期限内对商标局做出的裁定不申请复审或者对商标评审委员会做出的裁定不向人民法院起诉的,裁定生效。

【award】

仲裁庭认为裁决或补充裁决请求有正当理由的，应在收到请求后60天内作出裁决或补充完成裁决。

If the arbitral tribunal considers the request for an award or additional award to be justified, it shall render or complete its award within 60 days after the receipt of the request.

【arbitration award】

 裁决书应当写明仲裁请求、争议事实、裁决理由、裁决结果、仲裁费用的负担和裁决日期。当事人协议不愿写明争议事实和裁决理由的，可以不写。裁决书由仲裁员签名，加盖仲裁委员会印章。对裁决持不同意见的仲裁员，可以签名，也可以不签名。

A written arbitration award shall clearly state the arbitration petition, the disputed facts, the basis for the award, the conclusions of the award, the party to bear the arbitration costs, and the date of the award. Upon the parties' agreement, the disputed facts and the basis for the award are permitted to be excluded when the parties are reluctant to specify such information. A written arbitration award shall be signed by the arbitrators and affixed with the seal of the arbitration commission. Arbitrators who hold dissenting opinions on the award may decide whether or not to sign the award.

【verdict】

就作出的裁决而言，其中7项裁决(占83%)是定罪裁决，11项(占11%)是释放裁决，6项(占6%)是撤销诉讼的裁决。

Regarding the verdicts that were reached, 7 of them or 83% are verdicts of conviction, 11 of them or 11% were verdicts of release and 6 of them or 6% were verdicts of abandonment.

【decision】

自上次报告以来，上诉分庭作出103项书面裁决，包括13项中间上诉裁决；两项移交裁决；81项预备上诉裁决；7项其他裁决。

It rendered 103 written decisions, including thirteen interlocutory appeal decisions; two referral decisions; 81 pre-appeal decisions; and seven other decisions since the last report.
