集体商标是指以团体、协会或者其他组织名义注册，专供该组织成员在商事活动中使用，以表明使用者在该组织中的成员资格的标志。集体商标的作用是向用户表明使用该商标的企业具有共同的特点。一个使用着集体商标的企业，有权同时使用自己独占的其他商标。
