尽管汉语语境下，“任何”和“所有”意义相同，也有人主张译出其中一个便可。但是，在法律文件或者专利文献等一些较为严谨的文件中，提倡两个词均保留，译为“任何和全部”“任何和所有”等。

According to the principle of universality, any and all individuals, for the simple fact of being natural persons, have rights and duties or, in other words, are subjects of, and to, law with the same dignity.

根据一致性原则，任何和所有的个人，作为自然人均因此拥有权利和义务，或换言之作为法律主体本身、其相对人，或在法律上均拥有同样尊严。

I hereby authorize the Commissioner of Police, or his representative, to release full particulars of any and all criminal convictions recorded against me to Police Licensing Office, and to obtain information and/or to inquire into any and all my personal data (including my medical reports, etc) from any third party for the purpose of investigation into and/or enforcing any matters relating to my application/licence/exemption.

本人授权警务处处长，或其代表，向警务处牌照课发放任何及全部有关本人的刑事定罪记 录的资料；以及向任何第三者索取及/或查询任何和全部有关本人的资料(包括本人的医疗报告 等)，作为调查及/或执行任何与本人的申请/牌照/豁免有关的事宜之用。

In the case where a guarantee/third party security, unlimited in amount, has been or is presently issued in the Bank’s favour in respect of any or all of your liabilities owed to the Bank, you agree that the Bank may from time to time provide the guarantor/provider of third party security with any data, details or information (including any of your personal data) relating to any loan/banking/credit facilities extended by the Bank to you for the purpose of notifying the guarantor/provider of third party security of the liabilities under the guarantee/third party security.

若曾经或现时就客户欠负本行之任何或所有债务而发出以本行为受益人之无限额担保/第三方抵押，客户同意本行可不时向担保人/提供第三方抵押人士提供任何其向客户提供之任何贷款/银行融资/信贷按排之资料或详情(包括任何有关客户之个人资料)，作为通知彼等根据有关担保/第三方抵押下之法律责任。
