中国海商法协会发布的《国际船舶保险条款》（2003）中文译文中将“collision defence or attack costs”译为“碰撞抗辩或诉讼费用”，相关条款如下所示：

“9.2 Subject to the provisions below and to Clause 15, the Underwriters shall contribute to charges properly and reasonably incurred by the Assured their servants or agents for such measures. General average, salvage charges (except as provided for in Clause 9.4), special compensation and expenses as referred to in Clause 8.5 and collision defence or attack costs are not recoverable under this Clause 9.

9.2 除以下规定和第15条的规定外，保险人将赔偿由被保险人、其雇员及代理人由于此种措施而适当地、合理地产生的费用。共同海损、救助费用（除第9条第4款中规定者外）、第8条第5款中的特别补偿和费用和碰撞抗辩或诉讼费用，不能根据本条得到赔偿。”

此外，中国保险行业协会发布的《协会船舶航次保险条款》将“碰撞辩诉费用”译为“collision defence or attack costs”，相关条款如下所示：

“二、除以下规定和第十条外，保险人将赔偿由被保险人、其雇佣人员及代理人由于采取此种措施而适当地、合理地产生的费用。共同海损、救助费用（除本条第五款中规定者外）和碰撞辩诉费用，不能在本条项下得到赔偿。

11.2 Subject to the provisions below and to Clause 10 the Underwriters will contribute to charges properly and reasonably incurred by the Assured and their servants or agents for such measures. General average, salvage charges (except as provided for in Clause 11.5) and collision defence or attack costs are not recoverable under this Clause 11.”

由此可见，“collision defence or attack costs”在船舶保险中可译为“碰撞抗辩或诉讼费用”或“碰撞辩诉费用”。
